STEM Play Challenge (5 -12 years)
Children aged 5-12 years are invited to create and explore a world of STEM play.
Session Description
Children aged 5-12 years are invited to create and explore a series of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Play Challenges. Children will participate in a range of hands on STEM based challenges including: Wednesday 15th January - Build a Solar Oven (includes tasty treats!) Thursday 23rd January - Build a Marble Run Thursday 30th January - Blast Of Rocket Discovery plus creating marshmallow catapults, paper helicopters, planes and more with any extra time! We put our problem solving skills to the test to work together to create! Please bring with you: A water bottle A snack Wear clothes you do not mind getting messy. Adults are not required to stay for the duration for this age group however you are more than welcome to stay should you wish. CAUTION: Small parts present. Not suitable for children under the age of 4 years.
