Messy Play (Low Sensory Session)

Session Description

Our award winning Messy Play class is the perfect place for your child to gain all the benefits of sensory messy play in a small group setting. With a new theme each week, we begin each class with a circle/story time before moving on to a range of sensory and messy activities designed to build confidence and introduce your child to a new world of textures, learning and play! We are lucky enough to a gorgeous outdoor area at our Studio so weather permitting we love to also get outside during the session! (Don't forget your hat and sunscreen in Summer and your gumboots and raincoats in Winter!) Our low sensory session is capped at 15 and is open for all ages playtime so you can make new friends, we can get to know you and your little ones and they feel confident and comfortable in their learning environment. We offer a low stimulus environment for this specific session. Who is it for? Each activity is open ended so your child is free to explore, discover and imagine at their own pace and in their own style throughout the class. (Especially perfect for those who can't sit still and love to float between activities as they please!) Places are limited for this class and fill up fast. Please be advised each booking admits ONE child and ONE adult. Please see our class pass for all inclusions! Casual bookings are available however to gain the benefits of sensory play consistent attendance of the program is highly recommended. If you have a little one aged 6-18 months who is new to sensory messy play you may wish to start off in our age specific baby play class.
